At Spark we build great content managed websites using our in-house engine the "Spark Site Editor". Since it was developed in house, we can tailor it to exact reequirements, and add custom functions such as event booking, image libraries, or integration with internal databases such as personnel records.
Our work for Buro Happold was one such case. Buro Happold is one of the UK's leading engineering consultancies. In addition to Buro Happold's seven UK offices, their international presence extends from Europe to the Middle East and USA.
We worked with their design company Doggett and Jones to produce a new UK website, which needed to be updated by the Buro Happold marketing department. so we used the "Spark Site Editor". The site started with a basic set of pages, and Buro Happold staff have been adding pages ever since via the straightforward page editor. There are now over 1000 pages describing new projects and engineering work.
The result has been so successful that Spark has recently been commissioned to build sites for other parts of the business.
